Model 106-P
The Model 106-P is a manually driven and controlled compact
motor grader. The machine is powered by a 22.5 HP Kubota
Engine, and has a hydrostatic transmission. The 106-P is a 6
wheel drive machine that is fully articulated and offers a
front pusher blade for knocking down piles and wind rows.
The mold board functions include left and right manual raise
and lower, side shift and blade rotation. The machine is
available in both open center and closed center
(Proportionally timed or proportional) hydraulic
configurations. The machine can fit through a 5 foot opening
making it suitable for grading inside of commercial
buildings, and has an outside turning radius of 9 feet.
In open areas such as
synthetic or natural grass playing fields or commercial
building pads, the Laser-GraderŽ can easily finish grade in
excess of 50,000 square feet per day. When working with
material sized 3/4:” or smaller, the Laser-GraderŽ is
accurate to +/- 1/8” accuracy. The machine weighs 3200 Lbs,
eliminating the uneven compaction typically created by the
wheels of heavier equipment, and making transporting the
machine much easier than that of a larger machine.
The automated grade control
packages are available in a series of different
configurations. The packages below are dual slope packages,
ideal for fine grading planes:
Trimble
GCS600
The Trimble GCS600 Grade
Control System is a highly flexible cross-slope and
elevation control system designed to be used on motor
graders for fine grading work. The GCS600 uses two angle
sensors and a rotation sensor to calculate the cross-slope
of either side of the blade; the GCS600 additionally uses an
LR410 laser receiver or an ST400 sonic tracer to provide
elevation control. Using the ST400, the system allows for
string line, previous pass, or curb and gutter tracing.
Using two LR410 receivers, the system can be used for fine
grading plane surfaces. The GCS 600 system is ideal for
applications with tight tolerances and finished grade work.
Featuring Dual LED Grade
Displays, a graphical backlit LCD display, easy-to-operate
switches and pushbuttons, the CB420 Control Box is
upgradeable and provides the operator with a range of
powerful features specifically designed for cross slope and
blade elevation on motor graders.
Trimble
CB30
The Spectra PrecisionŽ
Laser CB30 Dual Control Box is a rugged, cab-mounted
operator interface for dual laser or single laser with slope
based machine control applications.
The CB30 is used for lift
and tilt configurations such as dozers and skid-steers with
six-way blades and dual lift and lift configurations for
motor graders and dirt trains. This
simple-to-set up-and-use
control box allows the user to automatically control the
elevation of the blade, for balancing and rough grading
material, using dual LED indicators, or
with automatic controls for
the blade for fine grading. The CB30 is designed to be
mounted in the cab while in operation, and can be quickly
removed for storage when not in use.
